What is the return policy?
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories attached
Be in the same condition as when received
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
Can I return an item if I don’t like it?
Yes! You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
How long does shipping take?
We offer two delivery options within the U.S.:
Standard Shipping (Free): 6–10 business days
Express Shipping ($15): 3–5 business days
Processing takes 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, you can update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at contact@yozzan.com.
After 24 hours, we can’t guarantee that address changes will be applied before your package ships.
